Message	filling reservoir starting engine and do several laft and right steering wheel turns in neutral, check reservoir for fluid and keep topped off during this process. Nissan Power Steering system uses ATF fluid same as in their auto tranny, did you use the correct fluid? Look in the manual. What else did you take apart besides the PS pump? Usually for high rpm issues the TPS and idle air system needs attention. When you state it "started spilling oil out the oil container" are you talking about the PS reservoir? ZUL8TR in Orlando,FL
